Thank christ that is over!!
Well Christmas is over thank Christ for that, two days of pure hell really! Daniel was all cute and sweet Christmas eve, the next day I was ready to strangle him.
He was so unimpressed by what he got from Santa... Some mice two puzzles and eight pairs of socks. The bike that Tys and I bought him was a highlight of 2 seconds. What a waste of money really. Not to mention one of the mice has escaped into my house and probably never to be seen again.
I was up at 6.30am because I was roped into doing the turkey, apparently it was great. I wouldn't know cos I don't eat turkey!!!
Had lunch at tysons sisters house which was umm interesting. Apparently there were seating arrangements and Tanya wasn't happy that she didn't get to sit next to her man cos I was sitting there, well umm I wasn't sitting next to Tyson either so deal with it in my opinion.
We then went to James's mums house cos her family bailed on her and she had cooked two hundred dollars worth of stuff for no reason in the end, but yet James couldn't of cared less that we were there, practically ignored us the entire time. And then HIT my son twice really hard! That was my cue to bite my drunken tongue and leave where I came home to rest my sore head at 6pm and not awaking till 8am.
Yesterday I decided to send out an sms to all of those I invited to my house for NYE and once again let down by friends cos no one is coming. So I sms'd james to tell him to organize something else so that way his nye doesn't suck. I actually thought it was a thoughtful action, not according to him. So our nye is going to be boring and I foresee myself being in bed by 9pm. I am so annoyed and upset because this is the second time in three weeks I have been let down by my friends. Its certainly a reality check of who my real friends are. Colleen has bailed twice, James once, Bel twice, Kym once, I understand those who had given me a lot of warning to say they weren't coming, thats fine, but to lie to me or just not show up is another thing!!!!
On the other hand I finally got my Wii, well we ended up with two, Kmart fucked up big time and put two into my lay by box, after much discussion with family and friends I took one back to the shop and got my money back for it. There are a few people out there that aren't impressed by that but the majority said it was a great idea. Yes I feel guilty but hey the money is already spent on the dog, getting desexed on Friday.
On the 2nd I am off to do work experience at formula Honda on north east road for two weeks. Which could quite possibly lead to an apprenticeship thanks to Tri!!
Well I suppose there isn't much left to say, hurry up disappointing new year I want it over and done with.
